Salmon, orange and arugula

Season the salmon with orange, pepper and coriander. Garnish with arugula and hot chilli and finish off with Palhíssimas.
In this recipe, the Chef uses “Muxama de Salmão” –salmon cured with traditional sea salt, citrus fruits and spices, but you can use fresh, cured or even smoked salmon.
